Key Leadership Moves
We are pleased to announce the following key changes:
- Tom Hickey has transitioned from President to Chief Executive Officer. In his new role, Tom will lead all strategic initiatives for the company, ensuring we continue to grow and innovate in the insurance industry.
- Kent Rowe has moved from Vice President, Commercial Lines to President and Chief Revenue Officer. Kent’s new responsibilities include overall leadership and driving the growth of our brokerage. His extensive experience in commercial lines will be invaluable as we expand our reach and services.
- Darlene Haley has taken on the additional role of Chief Operating Officer, overseeing all internal business operations. Darlene’s leadership in personal insurance has been a significant factor in our success, and we are confident she will excel in this expanded role.
- Lisa Butler has advanced from Commercial Lines Service Leader to Vice President of Commercial Insurance. Lisa will be responsible for all brokerage activities in our Commercial department, guiding our team to new heights with her expertise and vision.
