With online payments through SimplePin, you have control over how and when you want to pay and payments will be applied directly to your Wedgwood Insurance account. Simply enter your account information to begin!

Notes:

  • eCheck and Online Banking payments will be withdrawn from your account within 1 business day
  • Payments will appear as SPL*WEDGWOOD on your banking and/or credit card statement.
  • Please note that credit card fees apply from the payment processor.

Is the checkout secure?

Yes. SimplePin is PCI Level 1 Compliant, the highest level of payments compliance certification.

Why did my payment fail?

There are a number of reasons why a bank or a credit card company can reject a payment. The error message that you see on SimplePin should be descriptive, but you can contact us for more information.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, Wedgwood administrators can request a refund which will process in 5-7 days.

Why did my credit card save from my previous payment?

SimplePin defaults to save your last payment method which is stored securely but you can request to have it removed.

Can I sign up for autopay for the next time I get an invoice?
