  • eCheck and Online Banking payments will be withdrawn from your account within 1 business day
  • Payments will appear as SPL*WEDGWOOD on your banking and/or credit card statement.
  • Online banking payments and e-cheques are unavailable through CIBC/Simplii and RBC. Clients who bank with CIBC/Simplii or RBC can pay by setting up Wedgwood as a payee from their banking website, otherwise via credit card.

What are the fees?

$2.99 for online banking/echeque and 2.9% + $0.30 for credit cards, billed by our service provider.

Is the checkout secure?

Yes. SimplePin is PCI Level 1 Compliant, the highest level of payments compliance certification.

Why did my payment fail?

There are a number of reasons why a bank or a credit card company can reject a payment. The error message that you see on SimplePin should be descriptive, but you can contact us for more information.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, Wedgwood administrators can request a refund which will process in 5-7 days.

Why did my credit card save from my previous payment?

SimplePin defaults to save your last payment method which is stored securely but you can request to have it removed.

Can I sign up for autopay for the next time I get an invoice?
